Only a few days until the live q&a session with Lachlan Cameron on the SRE facebook page Thursday 17th May @ 19:00.

In preparation for this, I will collect the questions on the ongoing fb thread and will therefore be able to filter repetition and any irrelevant material before forwarding them to be answered.

This will provide Lachlan with sufficient keyboard time to provide answers. Then the q&a session can deal with matters arising.

Post your questions to Lachlan Cameron preferably on the fb page BEFORE TUESDAY.

His answers will be posted prior to Thursday's session.

THERE IS NO NEWS ABOUT THE SALE OF THE CLUB. THEREFORE NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED OR ANSWERED RELATING TO THIS TOPIC.

For those of you who are not on facebook but would still like to ask a question, email your question direct to me info@gordyisadj.co.uk

Iíve got some questions, some may already know the answer but thought I would ask anyway, in no order.

- Iím assuming we will stay full time, please confirm.
- will training relocate to Ayr or still be split locations ?
- whatís is your (Lachlan) expectations for the coming season ?
     - is the managers target to avoid relegation & relegation playoff ?
- what is your opinion of the AU500 Club ?

1.) is there any plans to roof the North terrace & can we come up with a plan to utilise the expertise in the support to upkeep somerset & even help with the design & build of a roof over the north terrace, we have quite a few supporters who are engineers & draughtsmen who i'm sure could be galvanised into making it a reality plus there is JLL groundworks who are ayr fans...?

2.) can we have a design the strip competition next season?

Elaborating on one of monkeyheid's points

Previously been told by current and previous managers that training in Ayr made us unattractive to central belt based players, due to the additional travel time and cost - as an example Vaughan went on loan from Raith to Dumbarton as it was 40 minutes/30 miles less to travel for training. If we are training in Ayr as has been stated, and given we will be training every day not just two nights a week, will we be providing some kind of shared transport for the players not based in Ayr, or paying slightly higher wages to cover their travel costs to make us competitive with other central belt clubs?

I've heard that been said before as well - its a wonder Inverness and Ross Country manage to attract the players. More money can be the only reason they do and how long can they sustain that in the lower leagues?

Need to be flexible to the demands /requirements of players, while we do need more community engagement/presence, not sure training fits the bill..
Any plans to bring stadium catering inhouse? Or at the very least provide healthy choices and/or vegetarian option? Have said before, fans travel across country and often don't get anything suitable. Even if there are only x two people in stadium with dietary needs, it is still discrimination and non inclusive not to provide . Before anyone bangs on about the award winning pies, the same company won an award for it's cauliflower pies. Why not trial something really innovative, at least try new things?
Hopefully the ongoing stadium improvements continue. Whilst there are limitations, would like to see more respect shown to supporters, both home and away ones. ie, new/more toilets under or outside the stand, also more catering;could utilise companies and supporters with skills. Maybe seek out supporters' views and offers of help regularly. What about some sort of fan's base for socialising and even fund raising events?

Social area/club welcoming to visiting fans would be the ideal.
