I missed the game too but when watching the highlights I saw that "The Chosen Few of Nairn" were present in the away end. Well their flag was there at least.

What an opportunity missed to meet such esteemed fellows.

There are thrashings and then there are thrashings. Sunday ultimately meaningless -  The 7-0 at home to ICT when they had nothing to play for having  won the league and we needed points to stay up is the most galling one I can remember.

I would rather go to Ayr United versus East Fife, expecting to derive more enjoyment than a game against Rangers. It seems that some others are of the same mind. Doesn't mean I don't want to be back up in the championship.

I do at least have the memory of being at four Ayr v Rangers matches between 1969 and !975 when we beat them 2 - 1, 2 - 1, 2 - 1 and 3 - 0. Happy days!

Did you buy the match tickets in advance, preventing you from going to the rugby ?
