Sad to see Harvie and Forrest go, like Smith/Shankland last year but we have come a long way from 5-6 years ago where folks who left us at best went to the juniors and vented to anyone who would listen about how crap their time at Ayr was.

Still look a bit light in midfield.

real deal

Michael Miller signed today ex Raith defender/midfielder along with Tom Walsh

real deal

Finn Ecrepont and Gabe Skeoch both gone to Albion Rovers on loan

Try6Place

Excellent, Jack Baird, 24 year old defender, from St Mirren on two year deal. Hopefully encourages more fans to back the club whatever way they can, season tickets, merchandise, lottery, au500, sponsorships... ;)

rritayr

While Dundee and Hearts mouth off about how important they are, we are quietly building a decent squad of players

real deal

Looks like the 2 year contract sealed it ,keeper and striker in to complete a decent starting 11

Rorymac92

Joe Chalmers in on a 2 year deal. Happy with that!
"Rabbie Burns was regularly seen in the Somerset Road end with a Bovril and a Boaby pie..."

What is the source - would be very strange given he signed a contract not that long ago and was given a squad number - maybe fallen out with Kerr or not guaranteed first team football so moving somewhere where he will get it.

Being all captain hindsight that 18 month contract for Craig Moore probably not the best decision. Think he has likely played his last game for Ayr United.

Innes Cameron a 6 foot striker on loan from our rivals up the road until mid January

Can't fail to be impressed at how Kerr and co. Are going about their business, getting  bodies in quickly, hopefully they will be grateful of the chance to prove themselves whilst helping us out.

real deal

Agreed ,I would like to have saw us bring a defender in
