No surprise all ticket then and KO time reflects no floodlights available. Guessing tickets will go to season tickets holders 1st as can't really see any other fair method of distribution no away ticket / vouchers for example.

I'm expecting the club won't bother with season ticket vouchers for this. Surely everyone that wants a ticket will get one. Hopefully they will sell them on Saturday.

Ayr to get 1000 tickets for Beith game. That's more than we got for the Rangers game! Probably a more sporting reception too.

What does the SFA Expect re letting junior clubs into the cup, these logistical headaches are inevitable, i was at the Beith v Airdrie a few years back, sardines come to mind, and some of the sardines were a tad hostile............

Ooppss.. Should have added the ticket information here instead of under the cup draw thread. hey ho it's Monday.

Tickets go on general sale later today (1pm) approx 500 tickets left, limited to 4 per person.

Angus Q:

Why there is a limit of 4 per person? Its not like we're selling 5p tins of baked beans  ;D

probably just to give people a fair chance of getting a ticket but can't really see a large group of tickets (supporters clubs etc) they probably don't already have tickets.

I'm now starting to look at the long range forecast for this - looks colder but not (yet) frosty!

I'm looking forward to the game but I'll be relieved when its over having not played havoc with our league schedule.

Ok big game week. Maybe not the biggest opponent this season, but a potential banana skin game and we just need to be professional, play like we can and get into the next round and avoid any injuries.

Hopefully Shankland returns to scoring form and end up comfortable 3-0 win.

Still 250 tickets left, quite surprised by that. Maybe some folk are holding off to see what the weather will be like.

Perhaps the news that it is to be the "tie of the round" and the bonus of a pregame face painting service will have the cynical types clamouring for a brief  ;D

So based on current ticket sales, Beith fans will outnumber the Super Ayr Support

All very quiet this week  :(

Added match prediction poll to the thread.

Personally, I think we will win the game, but don't care about the scoreline. It would be nice if Shankland found his shooting boots again and we escape with no injuries.

Hopefully score a couple of goals early. Things have been too tight in the league recently!

Beith are selling their remaining tickets from 11:30-12:30. Seems a bit daft to stop selling an hour before kick-off but I assume there is a good reason.

I see the referee is Colin Steven- the guy who refereed the QOS game earlier in the season and gave us absolutely hee-haw.
Hope it's not a bad omen?
I don't think it will be easy, but we should win, especially if the forwards regain their scoring touch, which was sadly lacking against Morton last Saturday.

Wouldn't worry about ticket sales.
We have 36 league games that are far bigger and far more important than this.

Have to agree with TonyH here. Also, will be hoping for the Pars to beat the Staggies today in their league game, all in self interest of course.
